Fiona received her Reiki Attunements in Africa in 2000. She works uniquely with each individual client. She uses crystals, sound and visualisation in her healing sessions.

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.

Fiona also uses meditation & healing to bring clarity of mind & healing to parts of the body that need particular restorative work. This helps clients to focus on particular areas where they need healing most.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that promotes healing. Fiona does this by “laying on hands” & using the “life force energy”; (the energy that flows through us). If your “life force energy” is low, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stress; if it is high, you are more likely to be happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” & Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
